For each prep sports season, the Standard-Examiner selects athletes to honor as the best high school players in their sport from Northern Utah. Presenting the top volleyball players from around Northern Utah for the 2017 season.

Editor's Note: Standard-Examiner All-Area teams are selected from up to 20 schools across up to six regions in Northern Utah. Players are selected by S-E staff.

Pe’a finished this season with 325 kills and a .306 hitting percentage. She also had 273 digs and 86 blocks.

DuBose tallied 524 digs and 63 aces this season.

Bell totaled 258 kills while hitting .350 this season.

EMILY ISAACSON

Outside
Box Elder

Isaacson totaled 211 kills and hit .325 this season. She also finished with 291 digs.

 

BRI MORTENSEN

Setter
Bountiful

Mortensen handed out 836 assists and totaled 337 digs this season. She also slammed 68 kills, hit .250 and had 43 blocks.
